To maintain their beauty, we recommend vacuuming without a beater bar or with the bar set to the highest pile setting at a low power setting. For stains, spot clean immediately with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and blot dry. Rotating the rug will ensure even wear over time.

For hard surfaces like wood or tile flooring, we suggest using a rug pad for added protection and comfort underfoot. Rug pads are sold separately for your convenience.

When your rug arrives, it may be factory rolled or folded, resulting in creases from packaging and storage. Typically, these creases will flatten within 3-7 days. To expedite this process, simply roll the rug with the pattern side up and gently massage the creases with your hands.
